Please bring a list of questions that you have for your session.
Ideally you would ask questions about how you may expand beyond perceived limitations, how you may heal certain issues, what the best option or direction is for you or how you can connect more fully with your creativity or fullness of life etc.
Remember that we are not asking or connecting with anyone or anything thing else but your own higher self to give you information that will assist toward your enhancement and healing.
The session is a comfortable and enjoyable journey taking you into a meditative state whereby you will be able to access the right symbolism or experiences that your higher self feels you need at the moment.
We are learning to let the conscious mind relax somewhat so that the subconscious or higher self can speak with you through imagination, images and symbols.
Sometimes you will access a past, future or parallel lifetime experience, or you will access a scenario that has the right meaning for you and your question.
Your higher self always knows what's right for you and what you need for your healing and balance. It is always gentle and allowing for you to address any blockages or limitations the deeper part of you feels it needs to let go of or become aware of.
